• Our policy offers a full refund within 24 hours of your order date. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

 

refund will be processed Only Applicable on the below conditions:

 

• In any rare case, UMT Activation will not be done within 30 minutes to 24 hours then you will get a full refund in Your bank account. (in this Condition we will Contact You on WhatsApp)

 

• A refund will be processed if Any case payment fails On the payment Gateway and money will be deducted from your bank account. you will get a full Refund In Your bank account within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

 

refund will be  NOT processed Applicable on the below conditions:

 

• Once Activation is successful from the UMT Server On Your Provided UMT Box/Dongle Serial Number, In this case, the refund will not be possible.

 

• If there is any case, you provide the wrong UMT box/dongle serial number, and activation from the UMT server will be successful, in which case a refund will not be possible.
